Yes, you’re right. The salad is simple enough: greens, diced pear, blue cheese, dried cranberries and chili-spiced pecans. We use our Raspberry Chipotle Dressing. Recipe in cookbook. Chili-spiced pecans can be found on the blog. Great salad, btw, for a Thanksgiving feast.
