1 1/2 C mayonnaise
2 T coarse grain mustard
3 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 t celery seed
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
2 t honey
1/3 C of fresh dill

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.

Process until smooth.

Stick a carrot in it!
